Keep a season’s stats and milestone titles together in this browser. Try it with fictional information first.
This profile page does not send your profile contents to the app server. Your archive is stored in plaintext in this browser. Anyone using this browser profile, browser extensions, or other same-origin code may be able to access it. Use a private, trusted device.
There is no account, sync, encryption, or server recovery. Clearing browser data, private browsing, or changing browsers can lose your archive. A backup includes every profile and entry; downloaded backups may go to a cloud-synced Downloads folder. Deleting here cannot remove exported copies.
Use nicknames, including for younger athletes. Keep real names, birth dates, contacts, locations, health details, and identifying information out of labels and titles. No photos, videos, links, or uploads to the app server.
First visit? Try a fictional season, then check your backup
For an adult’s test, use made-up information throughout, such as “Comet” and “Practice season”. If this browser already has records, start the whole test in a separate, empty browser profile. No survey or comment submission is needed.
- Create. Open the archive below, choose + Profile, then + Season and a sport. Add one stat entry and a short milestone title.
- Find it again. Close archive, then reopen it on this same browser and device. Choose your nickname and sport; use Summary to select the season.
- Back it up. Choose Export backup, review the warning, and download the JSON file. Check that it saved somewhere private. It contains every profile in this archive.
- Practice restoring. Open this profile page in a separate browser profile with no STAT LIFE records. Choose Import backup, select your fictional JSON file, review the preview, and add the entries. Compare the nickname, season, stats and milestone. Do not clear an existing archive to test this.
Import adds new entries and keeps existing ones; it does not overwrite them. A successful download alone does not verify recovery. Keep your original backup, and check a restore before relying on this pilot.
